free self-care inserts (personal & pocket)

i designed these inserts to make self-care more fun! the idea is for you to write whatever you’d like to do and circle it when it’s done. at the end of the day, you’ll get a score based on the number of things you did, which you can write at the top, where it says “/9”. at the bottom, you have extra writing space for anything you want.
